The Silicon Valley city of Mountain View hired Jennifer Ng as its new public works director. She is set to begin her new role on Nov. 18. According to a recent announcement from Mountain View, Ng was hired from nearby Sunnyvale, where she has worked as the assistant director of public works and city engineer for the past seven years.
