The Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission tentatively approved a change for those cleaning fish at Erie’s public fish cleaning stations. The agency’s commissioners are looking to change the requirement where anglers have to leave at least a 2-inch by 2-inch piece of skin on every fish filet. The agency has provided funding for public fish cleaning stations at the Walnut Creek Marina, North East Marina and Lampe Marina. They were built with funds generated by anglers who purchased Lake Erie permits with their fishing licenses.
