I think
fin ally met her match. Over the weekend, she pl ayed shows in North Carolina and Georgia as part of her
Country’s Cool Again
tour trek, and in Raleigh, she met a very special girl named Savannah. Savannah had a sign that read:
“Lainey, my daddy bet me a horse trailer if I get onstage.”
Of course, L ainey pulled her up onstage to be her “Cowgirl of the Night,” which she’s been doing at every show on the tour. She brings a little girl from the crowd up with her to the stage, introduces them to everyone, and gifts the fan with a Lainey Wilson-styled cowgirl hat to match one of hers. It’s really sweet, and in addition to all of that, she’ll have them recite her mantra to the crowd like so:
“I am beautiful. I am smart. I am talented. I can do anything. I am Cowgirl of the Night!”
Little did Lainey know, though, that S avannah was not shy at all like some kids understandably are in front of thousands of strangers, and was beyond thrilled to get up there and talk to Lainey. Savannah told Lainey that her dad is a farmer just like Lainey’s:
