MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Md. ( DC News Now ) — The Montgomery County Department of Police (MCPD) said it is investigating after first responders found an 88-year-old man dead in Silver Spring.
According to MCPD, just before 7 p.m., Montgomery County officers and fire rescue personnel responded to the 1200 block of Sandalwood Lane, where they found the man dead.
Pedestrian struck in Olney, officials say
Officials are transporting him to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner in Baltimore, where an autopsy will be conducted to officially determine the cause of death.
The victim’s name has not yet been released, as of Tuesday morning.
The Investigation is ongoing.
