New Glarus Brewing Co. is breaking ground on a new $55 million, 65,000-square-foot building at its campus at 2400 Highway 69, New Glarus. That’s according to a news release from New Glarus Brewing, which noted a groundbreaking event will take place Oct. 29 for a “hospitality addition” that will house additional brewing, distilling and retail facilities.
