ALBANY, N.Y. ( NEWS10 ) — The New York State Office of General Services announced that it is hosting a garage sale for state surplus items on Saturday, November 2. The event will run from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the W. Averell Harriman State Campus in Building 18 at 1220 Washington Avenue in Albany.

There will be hundreds of items like office furniture and equipment, electrical systems and components, plumbing fixtures, and more. Each item will be sold at a fixed price without bidding and cash or credit card payments will be accepted.
People can attend without prior registration. Parking is available on-site and access to the building is off State Campus Road between Western Avenue and Campus Access Road.
