HARTLY, DE – The Delaware State Police found and arrested two women who were wanted in Kentucky for allegedly taking three children earlier this month. According to the Lexington Police Department, officers were first told on October 7 at about 6:30 p.m. that two family members who did not have custody of the children had taken them. The police also found out that the kids had been taken out of Kentucky.
