Distillery Opening October 31st in Lawrenceville’s Depot District

Third Rail Distillery is set to open its doors on October 31st at 625 N Clayton St, Lawrenceville, GA, in Downtown Lawrenceville’s Depot District. Owned by Cory Acuff, the 10,000-square-foot distillery will feature rooftop seating, an outdoor patio, an indoor tasting room, and a downstairs banquet and event space, with a total capacity of almost 400 people.

All spirits will be distilled onsite, and the distillery will offer a range of craft cocktails made exclusively with their own products. Initially, Third Rail will produce vodka, gin and bourbon, with plans to release rye in the future. Packaged bottles of spirits will also be available for sale, Acuff told Business Debut.

Food trucks will be scheduled on weekends to complement the craft cocktails. The distillery is a craft manufacturer, allowed to sell only the spirits they produce, creating a unique, locally sourced experience for guests in Lawrenceville.
