MONROE COUNTY, Ala. (WALA) – A Montgomery man has died after a car accident in Monroe County on Friday evening. The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s Highway Patrol Division reported an accident between two vehicles on Alabama 21, about 14 miles north of Monroeville, in Monroe County around 6 p.m. on Friday. Reports say Thomas Williams, 31, was driving a 2011 Honda Accord, while John Barrentine, 67, was driving a 2022 Chevrolet Silverado with Patricia P. Barrentine, 66, as his passenger.
