Joe Exotic in Clayton County? Not quite, but the Clayton County Sheriff’s Office recently arrested a man in what it described as an illegal exotic animal trade. The CCSO announced Tuesday, Oct. 22 that Jaequan Smith Devers was arrested Oct. 17 after a joint operation by the CCSO, Clayton County Animal Control and Georgia Department of Natural Resources game wardens.
