The $1 million win comes less than a week after a North Texas resident from Grand Prairie a $5 million prize from the $400 million Mega Millions Bucks, where tickets start $100 a piece. The $5 million prize was won on the Oct 15 drawing. Just one day after that the another $1 million prize was won on a scratch off Lucky’s 7 game by a resident of Corpus Cristi. This is all in the same month where the luckiest of the October bunch secured the big prize, the $800 million Mega Millions Jackpot at the beginning of the month. The winner opted for the one-time payment option, collecting around $400 million.
