STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. – A 20-year-old Castleton Corners man is facing multiple charges after he allegedly fled from police and was found in possession of a firearm. Police took James Champagne of the 200 block of Westwood Avenue into custody around 11:10 p.m. on Oct. 11, according to the NYPD.
