The New York State Department of Transportation is alerting motorists that Interstate 81 northbound will be reduced to one lane between Exit 18 (Adams Street/Harrison Street) and the off-ramp to Interstate 690 westbound in the City of Syracuse, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., daily, beginning Wednesday, October 23, through Thursday, October 31, to facilitate bridge maintenance.
