JANESVILLE, Wis. (WMTV) – A Janesville men’s shelter provides soap and hope to the community twice a month. The goal is to build connections with the homeless population while supplying resources to get them on their feet. A hot meal, a steamy shower and clean clothes are given to anyone in need during the GIFTS Men’s Shelter’s Soap and Hope program.
