An Indiana woman is facing felony charges after she allegedly tried to get drugs into the Todd County Jail. According to the Elkton Police Department, on Sunday, Captain Jakop Smith observed a vehicle pull into the parking lot of the Todd County Detention Center, and then pull up to a garage used for inmate work details.
