A 42-year-old Texas man was arrested on Interstate 75 in Marion County after he was allegedly caught hauling nearly 30 “kilo-sized” bags of cocaine inside his semi-truck. On Wednesday, October 16, at around 2:30 p.m., a Florida Highway Patrol trooper conducted a traffic stop of a semi-truck on I-75 southbound, near mile marker 353, after the semi was observed nearly rear-ending another vehicle in the outside lane, according to the arrest report.
