TOWN OF BUCHANAN, Wis. – One person is dead and another is hurt following a crash in Outagamie County. The sheriff’s office says an SUV was heading east on the westbound side of Highway CE when it collided head-on with a pickup truck at Highway N in the town of Buchanan shortly before 7:30 p.m. Tuesday.
