PHOENIX – A woman who went missing from a Phoenix group home last week, prompting a Silver Alert, was found safe, authorities announced Tuesday morning. The Silver Alert for 33-year-old Tiffany Shivers was issued Friday, two days after she was last seen in the area of 51st Avenue and McDowell Road.
