Wonho Is Making His First Solo U.S. Visit With Fan Meetings

Less than two months since Wonho was discharged after his mandatory Korean military service, the star is set to make an anticipated return to the U.S. with his first-ever fan meeting tour as a soloist specifically for his longtime loyal fans, known affectionately as WENEE.

Billboard can exclusively share the details of the 2024 WONHO USA FAN MEETUP <WELCOME BACK WENEE> scheduled to take place in between his previously announced iHeartRadio Jingle Ball performances in cities like Chicago, Detroit and Miami.

The fan tour kicks off on Dec. 4 in Houston and will travel through major cities including New York, Seattle and Los Angeles. According to a press release, the “personal” events will give WENEEs an “up-close experience” with Wonho compared to a traditional tour focusing on performances.

After debuting as a soloist in 2020 under Highline Entertainment, the former Monsta X member quickly gained attention and chart success with Love Synonym Pt. 1: Right for Me , which landed in the Top 10 of Billboard ‘s World Albums chart. Since breaking out on his own, Wonho has weaved between K-pop hits such as “Eye on You” (which peaked at No. 9 on World Digital Song Sales ), singles including “Open Mind” and “Lose” recorded in Korean and English (both of which hit the Top 5 of World Digital Song Sales), as well as crossover chart hit “Ain’t About You” featuring Kiiara (No. 18 on World Digital Song Sales).
