APTOS, Calif. (KION-TV) — Cabrillo College announced Wednesday that they’ve been named the best community college in California. According to a study released by SmartAsset published in the Miami Herald this week, Cabrillo is ranked first for its retention rates, student-to-faculty ratios as well as cost of tuition and fees.
