COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) – Two Colorado funeral home owners accused of improperly storing nearly 200 bodies are due in federal court Thursday to change their pleas. This comes after the two entered not-guilty pleas in April. Court records show Carie Hallford is due in federal court Thursday at 1 p.m., and her husband Jon is due in court immediately after at 1:30 p.m., both for a change of plea hearing according to federal court records.
