EL PASO, Texas ( KTSM ) — The Housing Opportunity Management Enterprises (HOME) is inviting prospective homeowners and investors to its auction of several residential properties throughout El Paso.
The auction is set to be at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 5 at the El Paso County Coliseum parking lot located at 4100 E. Paisano Dr.
According to the news release by HOME, it will auction off seven residential properties: three single-family homes, two duplexes and two vacant lots.
“Minimum bids starting at just $18,400 for vacant lots and $114,400 for homes,” according to HOME.
Each property is debt-free, vacant and will be sold “as is,” and is “ideal for those seeking a renovation project, a new home or a promising investment,” according to HOME.
