Man convicted of deadly shooting at Gresham shopping center parking lot sentenced to life

GRESHAM, Ore. – The man who was found guilty of fatally shooting another man at a Gresham shopping center last October has been sentenced to life in prison. The Multnomah County District Attorney’s Office said Devin Rose, 32, has been transferred to the Oregon Department of Corrections for his sentence and will be eligible for parole in 25 years. In September, a jury found Rose guilty in the death of 42-year-old Justin Graver on charges of second-degree murder; a Multnomah County circuit court judge also returned a guilty finding on one count of a felon in possession of a firearm.
