LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – Lincoln Crime Stoppers need the public’s help in finding a thief and looking for an arsonist in two separate cases. The first case happened a month ago on Sept. 24, when the cashier at the Kwik Shop on 44th and Cornhusker was on a smoke break. While he was outside at 2 p.m., the person (pictured first) who was sitting at the game machines, helped himself behind the counter and took a roll of lottery tickets.
