(WJAR) – North Smithfield police said they arrested a man on DUI charges after he allegedly struck a police cruiser from behind last Saturday. According to police, 38-year-old Jeremy Iaciofano of Woonsocket struck a North Smithfield police cruiser that was occupied by an officer on a construction detail at around 12:57 a.m.
