(Alabama)- According to MSN News, an 18-year-old woman is currently in jail and accused of orchestrating a plan to have her boyfriend robbed at a park in Alabama.
According to reports, law enforcement officials were dispatched to an occurrence in a nearby park on the morning of October 4, 2024, at approximately 6:45 a.m. Upon reaching the scene, the officials discovered that a man, accompanied by his girlfriend, was present at the park when a male subject approached them. The subject then forcefully took the man’s wallet and inflicted a wound on him during the theft.
The victim was transported to a nearby hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
Further investigation revealed that the victim’s girlfriend, Lacey Hollingsworth, was aware of the planned robbery and played a role in orchestrating the crime.
Hollingsworth was charged with first-degree robbery and on her October 7 hearing date a judge set her a bond at $50,000.
