CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) – The City of Cedar Rapids is appealing the Iowa Depart of Transportation’s rejection of two of the city’s automated speed cameras along I-380. The cameras at the center of the appeal are northbound at J Avenue, and southbound at First Avenue. Both locations are where drivers exit the S-Curve.
