NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) – A multi-vehicle crash caused delays near Tidewater Drive Thursday morning.
According to the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT), the west right shoulder and left lane were closed on I-64 near Tidewater Drive, causing traffic backups of around 4.5 miles. All lanes have since reopened.
Traffic cam shows multiple police vehicles on the shoulder.
