‘WE WILL STAB YOU’: Brooklyn robbery crew menaces victims, pistol-whips 11-year-old boy

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) – Police are searching for at least four suspects linked to several robberies in Brooklyn since August, including one in which they pistol-whipped an 11-year-old boy.

The NYPD released video of three of the suspects Wednesday as they search for them in connection with one robbery in September and two in August. All three robberies happened along Broadway on the border of Bushwick and Bedford-Stuyvesant.

The most recent mugging linked to the crew was on the night of Sept. 18, when the 11-year-old boy and a 13-year-old boy were attacked at Broadway and Kosciuszko Street.

The boys were approached around 8:25 p.m. by four males, who pistol-whipped the 11-year-old and stole his backpack, police said. They also allegedly punched and kicked the 13-year-old and stole his backpack.

The suspects fled on Kosciusko Street before EMS arrived and transported the injured kids to Maimonides Medical Center, where they were listed in stable condition.

A few weeks before that robbery, a 21-year-old man was held up at 1245 Broadway on the night of Aug. 25. He was ambushed around 11:20 p.m. by four suspects, who asked him, “You wanna fight? Give me what you got in your pockets, give me your wallet and bag.” One of them pummeled him in the face before they all fled, police said. The victim declined medical attention at the scene.
