FRESNO, Calif. ( KSEE/KGPE ) – Two men have been arrested in connection to a robbery that occurred at Adams Market on South Cedar Avenue in Fresno earlier this month, according to the Fresno County Sheriff’s Office.
Officials say on Oct. 8, two men riding a motorcycle, drove to and entered Adams Market just before 9 p.m. One man was wearing a motorcycle helmet and the other was wearing a Ushanka-style winter hat.
The sheriff’s office says surveillance footage captured images of the man in the fur hat pointing a handgun with an extended magazine at the clerk and demanding money. After taking the cash and two bottles of liquor, officials say both suspects left on the motorcycle.
Officials say detectives obtained information that 20-year-old Daniel Manzo and 37-year-old Jose Munoz Trujillo may be the suspects in this robbery.
According to the sheriff’s office, members of multiple units served a search warrant on Oct. 18, at a home in Fresno where they contacted Manzo and found evidence linking him and Trujillo to the robbery.
