ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) – On North Decatur Road in Scottdale, an Ethiopian restaurant failed to make the grade on a health inspection recently. Prima Restaurant in DeKalb County failed with 66 points and a “U” for unsatisfactory. The report says raw beef was stored above ready-to-eat food. Plus, there was a black-like residue inside the ice machine and there were dead roaches and feces in the kitchen.
