HOUSTON, Texas – A 22-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the fentanyl overdose death of a Houston resident, according to U.S. Attorney Alamdar S. Hamdani. Cole Martin Millsap was taken into custody on October 23 and is scheduled to appear before U.S. Magistrate Judge Dena Hanovice Palermo.
