AMARILLO, Texas (KFDA) – The City of Amarillo has announced an opportunity for some Amarillo areas to participate in the Business Improvement Grant, or BIG Program. Commercial property owners and business owners in the Barrio, Eastridge, North Heights and San Jacinto neighborhoods have another opportunity to participate in the program.
