Yelp has ranked Lil’ Vegerie in Redondo Beach as the top vegan restaurant in the United States. The South Bay eatery, which offers bowls, salads, and juices, earned the No. 1 spot on Yelp’s Top 100 list of the nation’s best vegan restaurants, according to the ranking on Yelp.
Opened in 2022 by chef and former vegan skeptic Jason Cervantes, Lil’ Vegerie aims to make vegan food “quick, clean, and delicious,” appealing even to non-vegans.
In addition to Lil’ Vegerie, two other Los Angeles-area restaurants made the top 10, further solidifying the city’s reputation as a hotspot for vegan cuisine.
