ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. – The Orange County Sheriff’s Office released the arrest records of a man facing a charge of first-degree after killing his wife at a shopping center. Armando Verdecía Carralero appeared before a judge Thursday after being arrested for the murder of his estranged wife, Yuneisy Labrada Rodriguez.
