COVINGTON, Ky. (WKRC) – Covington’s oldest neighborhood is on East Second Street, with its oldest house dating back to 1814. That house is known as the Carneal House. According to Chris Code, who leads River City Tours’ ‘Ghosts of Covington Haunted History Tour,’ the most famous ghost in Covington haunts its halls, dubbed ‘The Gray Lady.’
