Man shot, injured during argument in southeast Fort Worth, police say

A man was injured in a shooting in southeast Fort Worth on Friday morning, Oct. 25, police said.

Officers were dispatched to the 1200 block of Colvin Avenue in the Morningside neighborhood around 5:40 a.m. They were told that two men were arguing, and one of them pulled out a gun and shot the other, officials said.

The suspect fled the scene before officers arrived and is not in custody, police said. The victim was taken to a local hospital in stable condition.
