Man Accused of Stunt Driving at Town Center Mall

Emmanuel Archundia, 22, of Roswell, is accused of reckless stunt driving in a 2010 black BMW M3 on Oct. 2 at 10:01 p.m. in the parking lot at Town Center Mall, according to an arrest warrant from the Cobb County Police Department.

Archundia is accused of laying drags in a circular motion and smoking tires that caused over $500 in damage to the white painted lines of the lot, according to the warrant.

Archundia is charged with reckless stunt driving; and criminal damage – second degree. He was arrested on Oct. 2 at 10:04 p.m. and booked into the Cobb County Adult Detention Center, according to jail records.

Archundia was released on a $5,000 bond.
