VIDEO: Moped arson caught on surveillance video in SE DC

WASHINGTON – Arsonists set multiple mopeds on fire in Southeast D.C. early Thursday morning, the fire department says. D.C. Fire and Emergency Medical Service responded to a call at 1:16 a.m. on Thursday at 5030 B Street SE. A person on the street reported four motor scooters on fire. Before D.C. Fire arrived, the person was able to put out the fires using a fire extinguisher.
