A popular food item at one of the biggest fast food chains in the world has temporarily been taken off of the menu in select states, including in portions of Idaho. The Quarter Pounder at McDonald’s has been removed from menus in Colorado, Kansas, Utah, and Wyoming, and select portions of other states, including the Gem State due to making people ill in the Western United States. The popular hamburger is believed to have led to 49 illnesses while hospitalizing 10 and leading to the death of one person in Colorado.
