Tampa (ankle) has been ruled out for Sunday’s Week 8 clash against Cleveland. Tampa was unable to practice this week due to an ankle injury. The rookie has played almost exclusively on special teams this season, logging just eight defensive snaps over the four games for which he’s been active.
