CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas – A 42-year-old man has been arrested for the manufacturing and delivery of heroin, according to the Robstown Police Department. Authorities said a Crime Stoppers tip led them to a home in the 800 block of West Avenue J where they executed a search warrant in the early morning hours Thursday.
