Delays expected on this Fresno street until November

FRESNO, Calif. ( KSEE/KGPE ) – Intermittent closures are expected in an area in northeast Fresno from Thursday until November due to improvements being made, the City of Fresno announced on Thursday.

Fresno officials say Marks Avenue from Herndon to Sierra avenues in northwest Fresno will be getting new pavement and median improvements.

Because of this, city officials say intermittent closures will be expected on weekdays from 6 a.m. until 5 p.m., beginning Thursday until Nov. 6.

Officials with the City of Fresno advise drivers to either find an alternate route or expect delays.
