FERNDALE, Mich. – A child has been arrested after at least four women reported being groped by a bicyclist in Oakland County. Officials said a fourth woman came forward on Thursday, Oct. 24, 2024, to report that she had been touched inappropriately in the area of Livernois and Fielding streets in Ferndale.
