BRICEVILLE, Tenn. – Residents in Briceville are excited about a new restriction being placed on State Route 116. Brandy Goans, a resident of Briceville, said she has had many close calls on the road, “You could almost get a paper between the hit, and you’re just scared silly to be passing the truck like that. You have to stop and there’s nowhere to back up, you could be on Mikey Duncan curves, and there’s nowhere for you to go and they just keep coming.”
