Zachery Ty Bryan has been arrested on suspicion of DUI.
The Home Improvement alum, 43, was booked for DUI: second felony offense and driving without a valid license by the Custer County Sheriff’s Department in Oklahoma on Friday, October 25, at 8:34 a.m., according to arrest records viewed by Us Weekly .
Bryan’s arrest comes amid his many legal woes over the years.
In May 2020, he entered a guilty plea after being booked for a DUI. He was sentenced to five years of probation and 18 months of a multiple-offender alcohol program due to a past record of DUI arrests.
