LUBBOCK, TX (NEWS RELEASE) – Work on a maintenance project to replace bridge joints and make concrete deck repairs moves to the eastbound Loop 289 (to northbound I -27) direct connect bridge. Starting at 9 a.m., Monday, Oct. 28, crews will begin moving concrete barriers to the direct connect bridge and reopen the Indiana Avenue bridges.
