PLANO, Texas – The Plano ISD Board of Trustees has approved an interlocal agreement with the city of Plano to discuss the possible sale of three school properties. This comes after a resolution in October declaring the three properties as surplus — Armstrong Middle School, Davis Elementary School and Forman Elementary School — and authorizing the start of the sale process.
