LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) – The Lexington Fire Department were called to the scene house fire in the 100 block of Hazel Ave. just before 6 this morning. Fire officials say on arrival, they found flames visible from the home. Crews made entry and extinguished the fire. All occupants are reported to be out of the home.
