NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – After record-breaking heat yesterday, temperatures will feel more seasonable this weekend. A cold front pushed through the Midstate this morning and is bringing a few rain showers with it. Not everyone will see rain today, but some isolated, scattered showers are possible through the early afternoon. It won’t be a wash-out. The rain chance is only 20%. That cold front will cool our afternoon temperatures into the upper 60s to low 70s today…. a big difference from the upper 80s we felt yesterday.
